Return Policy

  Returns will be determined on a case by case basis. If there is a problem, you must submit a message immediately by email before return. Matthew@vosswood.com

     -Item needs to be returned within 30 days after you receive it and it should not be used. 

     - All returns must be in original condition. Please pack the item carefully.

     - Send a message before returning any items, unauthorized returns will not be accepted. 

     - Shipping, handling, and insurance fees are nonrefundable.

     - Buyer will pay for return shipping charges.

     Replacement items will be exchanged within 5 days from the day we receive the returned items.

     Return and Exchange may not be accepted in the following circumstances:

     -The item has been damaged/made defective by the customer.

     -The item's value has decreased remarkably due to the customer's usage/consumption.

     -The item's value has decreased remarkably due to its time-sensitive nature and it cannot be re-sold.

      -The item has custom initials on the dog tag.

     -The item no longer has the jewelry tag attached.
