Refund policy

For permanent jewelry:

Each sale is final, since they are custom to you & you agreed to the price with purchase.

For beaded bracelets:

If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return with tags attached, and get a refund or exchange to other items.

Returns will be determined on a case by case basis. If there is a problem, you must contact me immediately by email before return.

-Item needs to be returned within 30 days after you receive it and it should be not used.
- All returns must be in original condition, with tags still attached. Please pack the item carefully.
- Do NOT just send it back, we will not accept the unauthorized return.
- Shipping, handling, and insurance fees are nonrefundable.
- Buyer will pay for return shipping charges.

Replacement items will be exchanged within 5 days from the day we receive the returned items.

Return and Exchange may not be accepted in the following circumstances:

-The item has been damaged/made defective by the customer.
-The item's value has decreased remarkably due to the customer's usage/consumption.
-The item's value has decreased remarkably due to its time-sensitive nature and it cannot be re-sold.
-The item has custom initials on the dog tag.
-The item no longer has the jewelry tag attached.
